To be a leader means managing constant complexity. Shifting priorities, team dynamics, capacity challenges, and the pressure to execute while everything keeps changing.
Our Leadership Strategy Sessions are supportive, no-fluff monthly virtual meetings for leaders navigating the real challenges of modern team life.
Each session blends practical guidance, coaching, and peer Q&A. We tackle what's most timely and relevant, from clarifying team roles and managing capacity to leading through change and building trust.
You don't need to prep. You just need to show up as you are, with whatever's on your plate. These sessions are designed to meet you where you are.
Whether you're handling a team rebuild, strategy execution challenges, or leading through constant change, these sessions provide the practical support you need to lead with clarity and confidence.

What We’ll Be Talking About As We Close Out the Year
November: Leading Through Compression
November compresses everything: time, energy, and attention. You get three usable weeks and everything that didn’t get done in Q3 suddenly returns. This session is about staying responsive without losing the plot, helping your team navigate mixed signals between “slow down for the holidays” and “get it all done,” and choosing what to finish, shelve, or seed for next year.
December: Closing with Integrity, Not Exhaustion
By December, the emotional and operational fatigue is real. Some teams coast, others panic, many just collapse. This session is about closing the year in a way you’re proud of with alignment, spaciousness, and clarity. We’ll explore ending without overstretching, creating rituals of completion and learning, and setting conditions now that make January less chaotic.

April 2025: Important Update About LSS Recordings: After thoughtful consideration, we've decided to make our Leadership Strategy Sessions non-recorded moving forward. We've observed that some of our most valuable conversations happen when participants feel free to discuss sensitive leadership challenges. Creating a confidential space where leaders can speak openly about complex situations will allow for deeper, more authentic conversations that benefit everyone. Moving forward we will only record the early thought starter or lesson and these will be available only to paid subscribers.
