I feel this. After spending about 6 months without picking up a paintbrush, I started spending some time every morning at my easel or working on some art exercises. I don't have infinite time for this to unspool, so I set a timer. When it goes off, that is my signal to look for the next logical stopping point and quit there for the day. Not only does my art feel unstuck, but it makes me feel more fully human and better able to cope with everything else that needs to be done.
