"or is it?" adds Maghan " and I laughed: , "of course she did..." thanks for this; I'm working on a better system of managing the TEA needed for tasks, and I feel this is helpful to cross-categorize. For example, it may take some extra effort, Emotionally, to really say goodbye to a dead project without internalizing feelings of failure. Much to think about... Thanks!,

Thanks Gray! I'm glad this was helpful! Agree it can take extra emotional energy to say goodbye to a dead project but if we don't allow ourselves that grieving process the energetic cost of the additional struggle we put ourselves through is exponential.

Yes! I’ve been saying this to my boss for two years, but still the number of active projects is way too high. Thanks for letting me know it’s not a failing, it’s rather normal!

In our work and personal lives, getting down to a manageable number of projects can be a challenge but at the end of the day those constraints help us move more forward.
