I have had Tinnitus for several years. The consequences of listening to loud music over 40 years. The level of ringing changes every day. Sometimes I barely hear it and other days it’s so loud I cannot hear someone speaking to me an arms length away. I still listen to music and yes, sometimes loudly. It’s one of those things that at this point I can live with. And in the future I may look into some really good hearing aids.
