Note: I’m doing something different this time because, as much as I’ve wanted to, I haven’t been doing as many book reviews as I’d like. When I sit down to write them, they get forever long and don’t ever get done. I hope you like the video instead.
John Warrillow’s Built to Sell is an important book to read, whether you want to sell your business or not. As is the case with most strategic business decisions, business owners are thinking about selling their business far, far too late into the process to sell it. This book will give you a leg up there, but, as I mention in the video, it’ll also help you reevaluate your current activities in a way that increases your ability to scale your business.
It’s a must read, and it’s delightfully brief and accessible.
If you act in time, you can still get over ~$65 in bonus goodies if you buy the book. Jump on over to the Built to Sell page to learn more and get your goodies.
