I love this framework of intention. What a difference it makes to even consider what exactly we want to do in whatever down time we have.
I think it can feel like less work up front to just say we don’t have enough time to matter or that we’re somehow without choice, and to go on scrolling and numbing. (Clearly not an optimal plan, but definitely a popular and in some ways, an understandable one)
It’s funny that considering our choices is in itself a kind of a radical choice, but it is!
