What Is Momentum? 

Momentum is the new, app version of our popular Momentum Planner, which has been downloaded more than one million times. For years our community has been asking for this, and now we’re finally doing it! 

We think there’s a need for a planner that includes all aspects of your life, not just your work. If you’re familiar with Momentum Planner, you know that it helps you:

Why Are We Crowdfunding? 

We’ve been developing Momentum for nearly a year, and have been getting feedback on early features and design concepts from some of our existing Momentum Planner customers. We’ve got a clear roadmap for what we think Momentum needs to be and what it should be.

Our next step is to bring on some early Momentum customers and get additional feedback. Because the product isn’t quite done yet, we are doing this Kickstarter campaign more as a presale, with some great bonuses for the people who are excited to come with us on the early parts of the journey. 

This feedback process is a crucial point in the development of Momentum. Feedback from customers means we’re getting people with “skin in the game” — people who’ve invested in the product and have a reason to care about its success. They’ll be able to get their hands on early versions of the product and give specific feedback, helping us build the app they most want and need. 

When we listen to our community and build a product that’s exactly what they’re looking for, then we all win together as we collectively build better things. 

And, if we’re living our values, we need the product to be wholly inclusive when it launches. We want Momentum to help people be productive and thriving — including people who have lives that don’t conform to traditional stereotypes, work days, or lived experiences — without experiencing burnout or toxic hustle-culture traps. We can only do that if the product includes input from the full spectrum of our community.
