I've been paying a lot of attention to Pam and Charlie over the last few years, and I've grown quite curious about this Lift Off Retreat everyone talks about. This week, I got my enthusiastic paws on 26 minutes of Rachael Acklin's Wednesday schedule and asked her every question I could think of. This is my report.
