Thanks so much, Emerald! Time blocking is a go-to weekly practice for me, too - I just don't need the bookmark. ;p

I love this reminder about the importance of attention and energy, as well as time, when it comes to productivity. I've recently been re-reading Gay Hendricks' book The Big Leap, in which he talks about 'Einstein time' as opposed to 'Newton' time. It isn't just time that's at stake - it's our sense of our own agency. When we have a relationship with time that comes from scarcity, we disempower ourselves and our energy and attention drain away.

Hey! I love the emphasis on "flourishing" as the core of productivity. It's so easy to get caught up in just doing things without considering the overall well-being. These principles seem like a great starting point to build a more sustainable and fulfilling workflow. I wonder if some of these also apply to more creative pursuits, like designing something fun... maybe even an Eggy Car game! Starting from the top definitely sounds like a smart approach. Thanks for sharing!

The main principle highlighted is the importance of managing your time, energy, and attention to increase capacity, rather than just focusing on time alone. https://www.peryourhealth.io
