One of the reasons it's important to speak and share your own truth is that it allows you to really hear and feel it in your bones.

By "your truth," I just mean what is, for you, right now. You'll see.

The counterintuitive truth of speaking your truth is that it's usually not the first thing that comes to the top of your mind. It can take a little digging.

This audio piece helps you calm down and work through the process of finding, acknowledging, expressing, and sharing your truth.

While, on the face of it, this piece and topic may seem random, it has a lot to do with being productive and flourishing. The more you're aware of yourself and where you are, the better you're able to create better experiences and outcomes.

Or maybe just settle down and breathe. :)

You might find the backstory interesting on this one. It came from a Twitter conversation with Sinclair and I had been reflecting on the topic for a bit. I was inspired to record it and didn't want to mess with a bunch of audio equipment, so I put my headphones on and recorded it in one take. Had I messed with the equipment, I would have lost it.

Hence the beautiful imperfections of the piece.

I kicked the audio to the team, since all I'd hear were the imperfections. If you like it, know that Megan and Marissa saved it from the scrap heap.
