Today’s outage at this blog was a present from the nice folks at Dreamhost. It was down, to my knowledge, from 12:00AM PDT until about 20 minutes ago.
Dreamhost did not respond to my support queries, and, to be honest, they’d given me cause to migrate in the last few weeks due to outages. Today I switched to MediaTemple, and they corrected some of my migration hiccups while they were on the phone with me.
So, a recap: Dreamhost still hasn’t responded to my original inquiries while the MediaTemple team has helped me complete the migration from Dreamhost.
I appreciate your continued to support, and we now return to our regular programming. If you notice any weird behavior with links and downloads, please let me know ASAP. Those things happen sometimes in migrations.
