Join the #TimeBlockChallenge
Feel like you have a hard time figuring out how long it takes to do something?
Want to get better at planning your life?
What is the #TimeBlockChallenge?
A foundational element of good planning is knowing how and when to schedule the activities that require the most effort, and how to batch smaller tasks together so you don’t feel like you’re always rushing around.
During the 5-day #TimeBlockChallenge, we'll send you one email with a 15-minute activity you can do to help you learn how to effectively reclaim your calendar and your life through time blocking.
Here’s the list of what you’ll do each day:
- Day 1: Review your schedule from the previous week. Make a list of your activities and how long they took you.
- Day 2: Identify your projects that need focus blocks; creative, deep work that requires extended focus.
- Day 3: Identify your other blocks: admin, social, recovery.
- Day 4: Download and fill out the focus block planner.
- Day 5: Plan your upcoming week.
That’s it! If you’d like a short challenge to help you get better at planning, join us and follow the hashtag on Instagram and Twitter to see how others use time blocking to improve their lives!
Why are we doing this? Our mission is to help you finish your most important projects. Time blocking is a fundamental building block to finishing. We’re doing this challenge as a way of building community and educating people on the basics of how to #StartFinishing.
