Lots of people promise rapid business growth but even in those rare cases where they do deliver the growth, they rarely address whether you’re actually better off for the growth.
Whether it’s the revenue vs. profit distinction or the life vs. business dilemma, the whole package isn’t considered.

I’ve been working with entrepreneurs, founders, and small business owners for nearly a decade to make sure their businesses work better – for them, their teammates, their customers, and their ecosystem. I’m a cross between a business architect and a business mechanic; I design business models to fit your goals and I make the business you have work better. My knacks are strategy execution, positioning, team-building, and strategic customer development.
But you probably aren’t reading this page thinking “I have a strategy execution problem.” You’re more likely coming with questions like:

Just about any challenge or opportunity you face will fall into one of those core buckets. I’m one of those rare business strategists and thinkers whose genius is being able to see the forest AND the trees simultaneously. More importantly, though, I’m able to co-create real, relevant, and doable solutions for you. There’s very little “one size fits all” nonsense, as well, because that approach builds common, unremarkable, me-too businesses that don’t work for their owners.
You might be wondering why I chose 3x growth rather than the more audacious 10x. Two reasons: 1) I don’t make promises I can’t keep and 2) 10x pushes a bias for certain types of businesses, many of which people don’t actually want to be in or own. Sure, many of my clients experience more growth than 3x from our work together, but it comes as a happy byproduct of the core work we’re doing.

A Momentum Accelerator Consultation is a 1/2 day strategy session where we identify, strategize, and build a plan to address the biggest growth challenge or opportunity for your business. It’s the option to go with if you’re needing to review/formulate your core business strategy, update or rework your annual plans, rethink your total customer journey, develop a hiring (or delegation!) plan, make an actual marketing strategy, and so on. You’ll walk away with individualized insights and strategies that you can start putting into place right away to accelerate the momentum of your business. This is a virtual session unless you’re willing to jam with me in Portland, Oregon.

The Momentum Intensive program is for you if you’re ready to dig in and get some serious momentum in your business. I’ll work one-on-one with you for six months on your most high-value opportunities and high-priority challenges. We break through plateaus, solve long-term problems, and typically set the stage to 3x your business. (Why not 10x? Because that type of growth is a good sell but not sustainable for most people.)

Businesses in the $1M–$10M revenue range (or with more than 100k subscribers) are in the messy middle between founder-centric and systems-centric, but the founder’s reaching the end of their ability to drive the car like Fred Flintstone (it moves only when their feet are peddling).
