Hi everybody! This is Jess with Team PF and I’m here to give you a rundown of our Monthly Momentum Planner.
This planner helps you to really breakdown your big ideas. You can go all the way up to the quarterly-planning level with the monthly and weekly projects you’ll need to do to get your projects done.
The Monthly Momentum Planner has four main working areas.
Let’s start with the quarterly objectives. These objectives are your quarter-long projects that go towards your biggest yearly goals, and contain a number of other, smaller projects. Writing down these objectives here will help to remind yourself of what your bigger projects are that you want to accomplish this quarter.
If you have our Yearly and Quarterly Momentum Planners, you can simply copy your Quarterly Objectives from those planners to this one.
Now let’s look at the monthly objectives. Using these five spaces will help you narrow down your most meaningful projects for the month, so you can realistically plan to get done what matters most to you. Note that these monthly objectives should be chunked down projects from your Quarterly Objectives.
Next, the monthly dashboard will help you keep your biggest priorities organized for each week. You can take your monthly objectives and convert them to smaller, week-sized chunks here.
Last but not least is the monthly calendar overview. Here, you have a full picture of your month, and there’s space to note important dates, events, deadlines, and anything else you need to be aware of. Having this full month view should help you as you’re figuring out what you can truly accomplish week to week.
The circles that you see are for tracking your daily habits, like working out, meditating, or any other new habit you’re trying to cultivate. You can also feel free to use that circle in whatever unique way works best for you.
So there you have it! I hope this has been helpful for you all. Please reach out to share how you use the planner, or if you have any questions!
