Productive Flourishing Academy is a community built to help business owners and leaders gain knowledge, take action and become who they want to be. Through weekly events like Leaders Labs, Business Growth Accelerators, Coworking sessions, Office Hours, and more, you will find the support and resources you need to level-up your business.
Coaching
Leaders Lab is a dedicated time for organizational leaders to talk about leadership: delegation, team workways, structural and organizational change, and more.
Business Growth Accelerator is focused time to discuss revenue questions and scalability challenges for business owners and entrepreneurs.
Office Hours are a coaching grab bag, including everything from the personal side of business to product development or rapid fire questions about whatever is challenging you now.
Community
Private social site to interact with other business owners and leaders in the Academy. Includes a group feed, private messaging, and other modern social features.
Peer accountability groups are assigned to members who want to participate. Members meet weekly to talk about solutions to their challenges and keep each other honest in a friendly and supportive manner.
Coworking with peers. Members meet twice a week for coworking time through Zoom. For those who need help staying focused, this is one of the most valuable elements of the Academy.
