You May Have Seen Me On TV…

This one is just for fun.

Which of the pictures below is mine?

If you picked the last one,  you are correct; what gave it away? Although, with the size of my melon, I wouldn’t be surprised if the picture of Mr. Potato Head threw you off.

Marissa is not alone in that I remind her of someone else – in fact, this happens to me all the time. Depending on the time of year, how long my hair is, and whether or not I’ve been working out, people have commented about how I remind them of someone else. Normally I remind them of one of the celebrities pictured above, but that’s not always the case. I think it has to do a lot with my ambiguous facial features and the particular shade of brown that I am.

In case you’re wondering but don’t want to ask (another common pattern), I am, indeed, multiracial. My father is African American with a strong splash of Native American, and my mother is Irish American with a strong splash of Native American. I say “strong splash” because specifying heredity by fractions is a mistaken view of genealogy. I’ve been called worse than a mongrel. :p

Have a great weekend!

I think the multi-racial thing works nice for you! Grow your hair a little and I'll even call you cute :)

"I still think Michael Yo is the closest in resemblance" - I agree :) At least the picture you chosen is really similar :)

Since I only know #2 and #3, I had a hard time guessing! I figured you were either one of the last two.

Awesome! (I picked out the correct photo. Points for me. I wasn't fooled by any of your doppelgangers.)

I still think Michael Yo is the closest in resemblance, though there is something about Shemar Moore that reminds me of you in a way... but I can't put my finger on how. (And I watch Criminal Minds religiously, so how I've not put that together yet is beyond me.)

Fun post, Charlie!
