<description>Hi Charlie: Great video, your sincerity really comes through. I have to say that I appreciate that you&#039;re keeping comments on even though you don&#039;t have the time to respond.

One thing that sometimes saddens me is when a blog I enjoy gets big and turns comments off. For me, the community that forms around content, the conversation that goes on after, is part of what makes a blog so engaging... even if the author him or herself isn&#039;t part of it. I always read the comments on the posts that interest me. And, the conversation and thoughts of the readers often add another layer to the information, and consequently also to my own thinking.

Plus, I&#039;ve discovered other blogs that I enjoy through comments. Either way, for me, this is part of what makes a blog a blog, it&#039;s what the web of today is about. It&#039;s what keeps the content engaging and interactive, rather than the older, static experience of consuming information in relative isolation, like reading a newspaper column... at home, alone, in print.

Cheers,
Miche :)

		<description>Hey Charlie:

We won&#039;t hold it against you if you can&#039;t respond. Don&#039;t sweat the small stuff.

However, we will be concerned if you don&#039;t step away from your computer and other gizmos. Take a break. You&#039;ve earned it.

And you deserve it too. Enough of the hard work: enjoy your self with your life-partner.

Take her out for a movie, buy her popcorn and a soda, and have a quiet conversation by candle-light over dinner in a private space away from the prying eyes of the public.

After that, go for a swim in the morning, or jogging, or even for a casual stroll in the park. After all, we all need some down time and get away from our jobs.

You have already done so much for us, so it is about time you did something for yourself and your wonderful family too.

My best wishes, always. Have a great day!</description>

		<description>Hey Charlie,

A lot of people get to this point and I completely understand where you are coming from. Your video is a really nice way to show your readers where your head and heart is at.

I feel the same way with emails, comments, questions on my facebook page and so on. I want to respond, but if I get caught up in doing that, I will lose time that could be put toward the bigger picture.

Don&#039;t sweat it and don&#039;t allow yourself to feel guilt over choosing larger goals that will not only help you, but help the readers who are commenting. Your blog is an inspiration and we are all here with you.

<description>I wouldn&#039;t really worry about it so much Charlie. This is only a sign that your site is becoming bigger than just you or even us. This video shows you really care and that you do keep us in your thoughts. For that, I think we are all very appreciative.

Keep up the good work!
