		<description>Charlie, while it is a bit ironic that you ran a few days behind, that doesn&#039;t begin to approach an experience I had a few years back.  I signed up for a time management class sponsored by my corporate training department.  The instructor didn&#039;t show up and gave no notice.  He later apologized by email and promised to send a copy of Covey&#039;s First Things First book to each student who showed up to the class that he stood up.  Then he never sent the book.  Hmm, I think I learned a fair amount about time management from him.
