Creative Giant Coworking Sessions
Get Your Work Done With Company That Makes It Fun
Let’s face it: the single biggest difference between successful entrepreneurs, creatives, and leaders and their less successful counterparts is butt-in-seat time.
They don’t have any more secret knowledge than you, no more access to great information than you, and no more great ideas than you. The only difference is they sat down and did the work – whether that work was creating something, pitching something, or making decisions about something – and they kept doing the work consistently over time.
It turns out that’s easier said than done, though.
It’s easier to jump on email, social media, or check stats – but do any of those projects really matter right now?
It’s easier to think about all the things that might get done rather than just picking one and getting it done.
It’s easier to be trapped in our own narrow mindset and approach our work the same way over and over again, all the while wondering why we’re not getting anywhere.
Let’s make the time to work on all those things together.
The Creative Giant Coworking Sessions: A New Space For Getting Stuff Done
Have you ever noticed that just agreeing to work on something with a like-minded partner has a way of focusing your attention and efforts? They don’t have to be working on the same thing as you – they can just be there, holding a shared commitment to focus on what matters for a specific amount of time.
It works for a lot of reasons, but not the least because you know that futzing around dishonors the space for the other person you’ve committed to. Not only have you wasted your time, you’ve wasted theirs. (I’ll not get into why it’s easier for most of us to hold commitments to other people than ourselves.)
In case you’ve never heard of coworking, here’s how Wikipedia defines it:
Coworking spaces are especially popular amongst creative people because they provide new energy, insights, and lateral action happens. As much as we may love them, the furry four-legged beings in our home offices aren’t the best coworking buddies, plus laundry, dishes, and other household chores serve as constant distractions in home office spaces.
Of course, we know working with other creative people is cool, but that would mean getting dressed, shaving, putting on makeup, driving, finding a place that’s quiet with the tech we need, and … and … and …
Sigh. Better to just stay at home.
This is exactly why we’re doing our Coworking Sessions virtually. Stay at home. Work with other Creative Giants that get you and what it’s like to do creative work that matters – warts and all. Make a new friend.
And most importantly, start finishing the stuff that matters.
“I was feeling very disorganized and not clear on what I want out of my business. During one of the Coworking Sessions, I worked on getting a pitch letter written for a re-branding program I’m launching. I was able to focus and get a week’s worth of important work done in just 3 hours.
I am so glad Charlie walked us through the goal-setting process as well because it forced me to think about what I wanted. It was a very valuable exercise.
I will sign up again for next month. This was absolutely worth it!”
You’ve Got the Know-How – Let’s Focus on the Do-Now
Hang around at Productive Flourishing long enough and you’ll see that we talk about doing the stuff that matters a lot. Why? Because our Creative Giants already have plenty of talent, genius, gumption, and know-how – it’s our job to help you focus on the do-now.
In case you were wondering, Creative Giant is our term for creative entrepreneurs with a compassion-fueled bias toward action. You’re a Creative Giant if have the vision to see how the world might be, the courage to take action, and the capability to actually change it. If you’re always seeking ways to better use what’s in front of you to create more value, you’re a Creative Giant. And if you somehow just fell into being an entrepreneur or consider yourself a reluctant “accidental leader,” you guessed it – you’re a Creative Giant, too.
All of our products have this singular focus on helping Creative Giants take action. After years of teaching thousands of Creative Giants about getting stuff that matters done – whether they were clients, customers, or participants in the many virtual and offline events we hold – we wanted to finally extend an invitation to have some straight-up focused working time with us.
Each month, we’ll sit down together and commit to working on our projects for a focused period of time. There are no expectations for how much we get done or even what type of work we do, just that we’re committed to working on the stuff that actually matters, and we’re doing the real work.
Here’s how a Creative Giant Coworking Session Works
When you sign up for Creative Giant Coworking Sessions, you’ll get access to an online call for the first Monday of every month you’re signed up. We’ll work together for 3 hours, from 12pm PT – 3pm PT. Once on the call, you’ll have two options.
Option 1: Come prepared knowing what you need to work on and get to work. We won’t interrupt you unless you want to be interrupted.
Option 2: We’ll guide you through four phases that all successful entrepreneurs must master and give you the necessary time afterwards to start doing the real work. Those four phases are:
- Monthly Objective Planning and Weekly Goals
- Working on the Most Valuable Thing
- Working on something that’s fun
- Setting an epic goal
We’ll also give you the option to be paired with another Creative Giant in each session so you have someone to hold you accountable, and an objective but like-minded person to brainstorm with and get feedback from. Don’t worry, we honor the introverts as well, and have quiet space for you too.
Each Creative Giant Coworking Session will last for 3 hours, with 35-40 minutes of each hour dedicated to “do-the-work” mode if you opt for Option 2 (otherwise, you’ve got the full three hours to work away at your heart’s content).
You won’t need to be “on” the call for the entire time, but we’ll all be hanging out together in a safe virtual space while we work diligently on our best projects.
Why Would You Join A Creative Giant Coworking Session?
Simple. Because you want to get stuff done, but you struggle getting anything done that actually matters.
If you’re the type of person who wakes up motivated to have a super productive day and then eight hours later can’t seem to understand where the time went or how you completed NOTHING on your to-do list, then you need to put yourself in a space where you can actually succeed. A Creative Giant Coworking Session is that space.
And don’t think that you’re not the right person for a space like this. It doesn’t matter what the work actually looks like. We don’t judge. Consider one of the following scenarios:
- Maybe you’re a mom who has a major project you just can’t seem to finish
- Perhaps you’re looking to sit down and write a book, but the whole “sitting down and writing” part seems to elude you
- Maybe you’re working on a big new course or program for your clients, but the pieces and parts just aren’t coming together because you keep getting distracted by other parts of your business that are easier and quicker to accomplish
- Or maybe you know exactly what you need to do, how to do it, and when you’re going to do it, but for whatever reason, when the time comes, something else “more important” seems to come up
- Perhaps, you don’t even have a major project to work on, but it’s the little tasks, like organizing your finances each month, doing your billing, or updating your website that keep getting scooted a little further under the rug in favor of more exciting, bigger, shinier projects that you actually enjoy working on. Those little projects set the foundation for success and are absolutely worth joining a Creative Giant Coworking Session.
Here’s a sampling of what we can help you do in a Creative Giant Coworking Session, if you feel you’re still not sure what to work on:
- Pick the right project to work on now
- Start finishing that half-finished project buried underneath your bills
- Change your prices so they are in alignment with the true value you actually bring to the table, or price a new product or service you’ve been struggling to get out the door
- Catch up on some relationship-building – introduce yourself to new people and reconnect with old friends you haven’t talked with in a while
- Get to good enough
- Get clear on what you need to do to take care of your business AND your health
At worst, you’ll spend three hours working on something. At best, you’ll spend three hours making serious progress offering your best gifts and talents to the world.
The Coworking Session delivered what I’d hoped for -an accountable space to stop dodging work – and the flexibility of using web-tools makes it easy to fit in (no commute!). I highly encourage taking advantage of a work partner, too. Even though we were strangers and working on totally different projects, it was strengthening to have someone working ‘next to’ me.”
How Much Will It Cost?
There’s something about exchanging monies that really lights a flame underneath your butt to do what you signed up to do. If it were free, you wouldn’t be as motivated to show up and do great work, but because you’re dropping cash that could obviously be used elsewhere in your business or life, you’re more likely to show up and do something so you can ooze every ounce of value out of your hard-earned money.
If paying doesn’t motivate you, then at least know you’ll also be getting guidance and tips from me, and a tribe of like-minded people to connect with, which is truly invaluable.
If you’d like to dip your toes in the water to see how coworking feels and works for you, then sign up for an individual session at $47.
If you know dedicated time and space to work on stuff that matters is exactly what you need, then invest in the monthly subscription at $39/session – you’ll save money in the long-term and ensure that you’re showing up for your great work each month.

Is it worth $47 to actually get your book written, your big program completed, etc.? How much money will you be bringing in if you can actually finish your projects on time? How much time would it take you to get the same amount of work done if you didn’t have the structure and support? A little time and money invested up front will help you achieve greater financial and personal gain in the future.
If the only thing holding you back from being the most successful, compassionate entrepreneur you can be is time, then you need to get serious about where you’re going to find that time. You can sign up for the Creative Giant Coworking Session and make the time, or you can keep floundering around making excuses about why your biggest ideas aren’t materializing. Your choice.
Elsewhere I’ve given you or have to offer you a lot of information, but we know that’s not all you need. We’d love to have you in our next Creative Giant Coworking Session.
P.S. – If you’re going to be working on your big projects anyway, why not hang out with other awesome Creative Giants while you’re at it?
