Interesting, Just tried it using Firefox, and it works just great. Not sure, why but the issue seems to be limited to IE and Chrome. . .

I am using Chrome as my default, but I get the same issue when I switch over to IE7. I have not tried Firefox. . . but will.

The error that I get is this: It returns a 404 error and attempts to connect to this URL: http://www.productiveflourishing.com/wp-content/uploads/PP_User/'s_Guide.pdf

This is what I see when I hover over the link: http://www.productiveflourishing.com/download/Productivity+Planners+User+Guide

Not sure what is going wrong, but I will let you know if I see the same issue with Firefox.
